Delivery, availability of goods

4.1 Delivery is only to Germany and Europe. You must specify one of the three types of delivery (delivery to billing address, delivery to desired address, delivery to a DHL Packstation) when ordering.
When specifying an address of a third party, the consent of This has been obtained in order to pass on the data to ISC.
Different applies to business customers: only the delivery methods delivery to billing address and delivery to desired address are offered.
4.2 The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days.
4.3 The period for delivery begins
if payment is made in advance two banking days after the payment order has been issued to your bank

The delivery period ends when the last day of the specified delivery period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
4.4 Only deliverable products can be selected. If, after sending your offer, it turns out that the ordered product is no longer available, we will inform you of this when we confirm the dispatch. If you have not ordered any further products, your order will be cancelled. If you have ordered several products together, we will send you the available products. Any payments you have already made regarding the non-deliverable product will be refunded to you immediately.
4.5 Products to be delivered to your home will be sent to you by post.
4.6 For all orders, you have to bear the shipping costs that we have communicated and that are explained below.
4.7 In the case of delivery to one of the packing stations, the collection times of the respective operator apply.
4.8 The following applies to business customers: If the goods are sent to the business customer at his request, the transfer of risk is based on the statutory provisions of Section 447 of the German Civil Code. We are entitled to make partial deliveries to an extent that is reasonable for you.
